Delete Your Tallycart Account
You can delete your Tallycart account at any time.
Option 1 (Recommended): Delete inside the app
Open the Tallycart app
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm
This will delete your account and your saved receipt data associated with it.
Option 2: If you can’t access the app
If you no longer have access to the app (for example: you lost your device, can’t log in, or deleted the app), contact us and we’ll help.

In your message, include:
The email address linked to your Tallycart account
(Optional) The reason you can’t access the app
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete:
Your account profile (name/email/username)
Your stored receipt data (store name, receipt date, items, and prices)
Your budget and preferences
Receipt photos are not stored. Receipt images are processed and deleted immediately after processing.
Timing
Account deletion requests are processed as soon as possible. Some deleted data may remain in backups for up to 7 days before being permanently removed.
